As a Full-stack Developer at TECHLETES, you will help companies build scalable, secure and user-friendly applications in which data and AI play a central role. You will work end to end on applications, from backend services and APIs to intuitive front ends that people actually use. Think AI-powered dashboards, internal tools and customer applications that make complex processes simpler.

You will build back ends with Python (Flask / FastAPI) and front ends with React (TypeScript) or Svelte (TypeScript). You will also help shape architecture, containerization and CI/CD, and bring applications into production reliably and at scale.

You will work in a varied environment with different clients, sectors and use cases. You will have plenty of freedom and responsibility, while always working with a team of data engineers, data scientists and consultants.

About TECHLETES

We are a young, dynamic team where innovation and collaboration are central. Together with the Ministry of LVVN and RVO, we are building a smart grant assistant to support applicants and grant providers in assessing grant applications. We are also developing an AI-powered crisis communications platform for safety regions, where reliability, security and scalability are essential. In addition, we build a range of AI-powered applications and APIs for clients in sectors such as marketing, asset management, energy, government, retail and wholesale.

What will you do as a Full-stack Developer?

• Design, build and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Develop backend services and APIs in Python (Flask / FastAPI).
• Build modern, responsive front ends with React (TypeScript) or Svelte (TypeScript).
• Containerize applications with Docker for development and production.
• Integrate data and AI solutions into production-ready applications.
• Help design and implement scalable, future-proof architectures.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub).
• Contribute to hosting, security and performance optimization.
• Work with data engineers and data scientists to make AI models available to end users.
• Document solutions and explain how applications are built to colleagues and clients.

• A salary of €4,000–€6,000 per month, depending on experience.

What we are looking for

• You have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a software developer or full-stack developer.
• You have strong experience with Python (Flask and/or FastAPI).
• You have experience with React (TypeScript) or Svelte (TypeScript).
• You know how to build scalable and secure web applications.
• You have experience with containerization, preferably with Docker.
• You have experience with CI/CD, preferably GitHub Actions.
• You have a basic understanding of hosting, cloud environments and security best practices.
• You are interested in AI and building AI-powered applications.
• You have good communication skills and can explain technical decisions to colleagues and clients.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You are proactive, eager to learn and not afraid to take responsibility.
