We are

While studying Business Analytics and Computational Intelligence at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, we quickly saw the power of data and AI: technology that makes processes faster, smarter and more accurate. But we also saw something else:

Large organizations invest heavily in this technology and talent. Yet the impact remains relatively limited. That got us thinking. Why shouldn’t technology and innovation work just as well, or even better, for small and medium-sized organizations? While large corporations focus on achieving 1% optimization in existing processes and systems, small and medium-sized businesses have an opportunity to tackle challenges more fundamentally.

That is where the opportunity lies: looking at complex problems differently and developing truly innovative solutions.

At the same time, this is also where the problem lies. Large organizations can easily attract talent and have substantial budgets and established teams. For small and medium-sized businesses without their own data team, it is difficult to keep up and implement technology well. Innovation is difficult without a dedicated team, and without innovation there is no talent. A vicious circle.

That is why we started TECHLETES.

Our mission is to build a team that makes data and AI accessible to businesses that may not have the resources, but do have the ambition. We believe real impact does not come from yet another dashboard for a multinational, but from making innovation possible for businesses that want to make a difference but do not yet have the tools.

And we never do that alone. We do not work for our clients; we work with them. We bring knowledge of data, AI and technology, while our clients bring equally important domain knowledge, experience and ambition. That collaboration is the foundation for real innovation. That is why we always work through co-creation: lasting relationships in which everyone benefits and we build solutions together that make a difference.
