As a Forward Deployed Engineer at TECHLETES, you will lead and deliver projects for a range of clients. You will turn complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions. You will be responsible for the entire process, from data engineering and data analysis to developing AI solutions. You will be involved at every step, helping companies become leaders in data and AI.

You will work in a dynamic environment, moving between different projects and clients. No two projects are the same: the challenges, sectors and technologies vary. You will have plenty of freedom to work independently and can always count on a team that thinks things through with you.

• A starting salary of €3,000–€5,500 per month, depending on experience.

What we are looking for

• You have demonstrable experience building data or AI solutions, whether through internships, study projects, previous jobs or ambitious side projects.
• You have completed at least a university degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Econometrics, Engineering or a similar field.
• You have strong programming skills. Python is essential. (Experience with SQL, Power BI or cloud technologies is a plus.)
• You have strong communication skills: you can guide clients through the process and explain complex concepts clearly.
• You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
• You are passionate about data, AI and innovation and want to grow in this field.
